Online Personal Training:

Working from the comfort of your own home or garden, utilising your bodyweight and/or any equipment you own, you will be pushed to work hard and effective to reach your desired goals. Personalised nutrition and workout plans and guidance every step of your journey to a fitter healthier you.  

Free Consultation      £30 per session/ Block of 6 sessions : £160   Block of 12 sessions: £300


Online Classes:
Classes are through the ZOOM cloud meetings app. Make sure to log in to meeting around 5 mins before class start time.

M.K. FIGHTER:

Punch, Kick and Sweat you way in to shape.

​Using moves and techniques from various martial arts, with other bodyweight exercises.  Add a bit of variety to your training and improve your cardiovascular and muscular endurance fitness, helping to burn those calories. For all fitness levels, do what moves you can, and take the lower options when you need to. And you might get some agression out. 

M.K. Bodyweight Blast ​:

​Using nothing but your own body as resistance, this class will aim to improve your athletic ability and raise your heart rate, while strengthening and improving your all round fitness. The intensity will be high, but you will work to your own level and push to get fitter and stronger each time!
For all fitness levels.

M.K. Mobilise & Core :

Improve your mobility! Relieve tightness! Move better! Become stronger!
This class isn't all about easy stretching... your core, all round body strength and body awareness will be worked and honed...
Class length will vary depending on the class focus. 35-45 mins.
