Using moves and techniques from various martial arts, along with resistance exercises, bodyweight exercises, sometimes hitting the bike for some spin… and anything else to make you workout hard and effectively. Add a bit of variety to your training and improve your cardiovascular and muscular endurance fitness, helping to burn those calories. For all fitness levels, do what exercises you can, and take the lower options when you need to. |

Using a mix of resistance and body weight exercises, this class will aim to improve your athletic ability and raise your heart rate, while strengthening and improving your all round fitness. The intensity can be high, but you will work to your own level and push to get fitter and stronger each time!

Take to the mat and improve your mobility and flexibility. Relieve those tight muscles through movement and stretching. Work on helping your body move better! However.. this class is not all about easy stretching... your core and all round body strength and body awareness will be worked and honed.
